Hotel ibis Autun

Central - beautiful view of the cathedral and surrounding hills. Next to the lake, very pretty at night. Easy access from out of town and just as easy to get into the city by car or walking.

For a hotel chain it was one of the more modern ones we've stayed in. It was light, clean, with a comfy bed and hot shower. The continental breakfast was good including eggs, meat and cheese. We felt our car was very safe in the area, just outside town. The town was smaller than we envisaged and a lovely walk (10 mins) into it. We spent the morning and checked out near noon which was a bonus. All in all a great visit.

Amazing location next to the lake. Good breakfast starts at 6:30. Super comfortable bed. We were very welcome with our pet.
